The Boxercise Workout MP3's
iBoxing Rounds is a boxercise workout. You do not have to be a boxer to do this workout. Most keep fit cardio workouts today have some kind of punching routine involvement, because it works. The movement of punching and twisting is a great way to tone the core and the upper body muscles. Also this Boxercise workout will give your heart a good cardiovascular workout too.
